Shipping

Ground shipping is free for orders within the continental US. Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12pm EST usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST or over the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) are processed the following business day.

Returns

Returns are accepted on all unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 15 days of the date of delivery of your purchase. We will refund the value of your returned items less the shipping cost of $5 to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

To start a return, send an email to hello@winston-nyc.com with your order number and we’ll initiate your return by sending you a shipping label.
